Refund and Returns Policy

At Aab-e-Khalis, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives only the highest-quality water products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product you received is damaged, leaking, or defective.
• The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
• The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used bottles.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or storage.
• Bulk water containers (such as 18.9L bottles) after use or seal removal.

3. Return Process

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at aabekhalis@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item
• A short description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.
• In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund, based on product availability.

5. Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at aabekhalis@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
